Refund policy

On successful purchase of goods and merchandise (hereinafter “Items”) from the website, Shop4Fun shall, to the best of its ability, endeavor to deliver the Items to the User’s specified address, and/or pick-up location.

Shop4Fun, may at its own discretion – employ and/or use the services of 3rd party delivery, courier and/or logistics company/s to fulfill its delivery requirements to Users. In relation to delivery fulfillment, any personnel delivering Items purchased from the Website shall be hereinafter referred to as “Delivery Agent”.

Upon receipt of Items from the Delivery Agent, the User shall immediately inspect and test the items delivered prior to acknowledging receipt thereof. Upon accepting the Items, the User shall deem to have received the Items in good condition and may not return the Items, cancel the transaction, or have their payment refunded by Shop4Fun.

Should the User deem the goods to be in poor condition, including damages or deformities in the Items or its packaging, the User should NOT accept the Items from the Delivery Agent. The User may cite his/her complaints regarding the item/s in writing, including requests for item replacement and provide the same to the Delivery Agent. The user may also provide proof of the Items’ poor condition, including but not limited to photos of the Items, and send them via email to info@shop4fun.ph, along with their Request for Item Replacement.

Shop4Fun shall investigate and evaluate Requests for Item Replacement within 5 business days upon receipt of such requests through the Delivery Agent and or via email at info@shop4fun.ph. The user shall then be contacted by Shop4Fun with the results of its investigation and details on item replacement where applicable.  

Any costs for re-delivery shall be for the account of the User.

Purchases from the website may only be canceled under the following conditions:

(i)For bank deposit transactions, failure of the user to upload a valid deposit slip under the transaction found in the user’s My Orders page, within 3 days of order confirmation shall result in the order being automatically canceled.

 (ii)Shop4Fun reserves the right to cancel any order where the delivery and or pickup has repeatedly failed, and where communication with the user is unavailable or the situation is deemed irreconcilable. If payment for the order has already been made, a refund shall be issued amounting to the total amount paid after deductions relating to re-delivery fees and other operational costs.
